Self-taught and learning new techniques each day. This video was captured when a good friend came home from overseas after a six-month deployment. I was honored to be asked to capture photographs of the homecoming. As an added bonus for my friend, I shot a video just to get some footage of the reunion and surprised myself with what I was able to produce.
For my daughter's Senior Recognition Program for the National Charity League organization, I was tasked to create a slideshow for 18 girls. Each girl was able to select 18 photos, write a letter about themselves, then their parents were asked to write a letter to their daughter. Each piece of the video was edited so each girl received the same amount of time. All letters were recorded in the speaker's voice to ensure optimal sentimental value. An additional voice recording "presenting" each girl was added to provide continuity. The link above represents a small snippet of how each young lady was presented.
